Rasna Patra
Rasna is also as “Yukta” in Ayurveda. It is a versatile aromatic plant with great medicinal value. It is an undershrub widely distributed in greater parts of India and the adjoining Asian countries.
Rasna is beneficial in managing arthritis as it reduces inflammation and joint pain due to its anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It is also good for kidneys as it reduces oxidative stress due to its antioxidant properties. Rasna is useful in wound healing as it increases the wound contractions. Massaging joints with Rasna oil gives relief in pain and inflammation due to its anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties

Balamool
Bala which means “strength” is a popular herb in Ayurveda. All parts of Bala possess various medicinal properties, especially the root.
