• Agenda: at least 14 calendar days before the meeting (applies to all meetings, physical and virtual)
• Agenda item requests by Partners: at least 7 calendar days before the meeting (submitted to Coordinator)

General Assembly – Minutes (6.2.5)

• Minutes: within 15 calendar days after the meeting
• Acceptance of minutes: deemed accepted if no objection within 15 calendar days of circulation
   

Reporting Obligations (4.5)
